A pack has been put together with some supplements which may help support your general well being and immune system. The supplements consist of Zinc, Rapid D (Vitamin D) and Quercetin (enhances zinc absorption), for four months.

There is also one litre of saline, 500ml of povidone iodine (betadine) and a neti pot (is a vessel specifically designed to deliver into your naval cavities through one nostril and out the other). There are instructions that outline how to use the neti pot with the saline and povidone iodine. This may assist in limiting viral and bacterial infections.
