If you need to cancel your appointment it must be done prior to 8.30am on the day of your treatment. If you cancel your appointment after 8.30am. you will be required to pay for the cost of these products before booking your next appointment. This is required as the nurses make the infusions at 8.30am for the day and cancelling after this time means the products must be discarded which is a cost to The IV Room.
